Clément Merville

As a computer engineer and graduate of HEC, Clément has held multiple management and business development positions in major companies such as Ubisoft, Kalisto, Wanadoo Edition and Oberon Media. Since 2010, Clément has anticipated new uses of videogames, particularly in the field of training and identifies games as a powerful learning vector: Manzalab was created!

Clément was able to develop an organization that is now a recognized powerhouse in its market, based on its signature values: vision, authenticity, passion for innovation and the pleasure of working with talented people in a pleasant and fun environment.


As the two times French Champion of Diplomacy, a strategy board game, Clément, together with Vincent Berlioz, brainstorms the optimal strategies to promote Manzalab in France and abroad.

Chief Financial Officer

A graduate in Decorative Arts in Paris (ENSAD) with 20 years of interactive experience, Vincent specializes in business management and production of large-scale digital projects. He is the founder of multiple companies and held the position of Managing Director of Wanadoo Edition, the videogame subsidiary of the France Telecom group, where he led large teams.

Along with Clément Merville, in 2010 he foresaw the emergence of the serious games market and brought to Manzalab his expertise in the production and people management. Together they form a complementary duo driven by a shared passion for games and digital innovation.

Jean-Yves Le Porcher

Jean-Yves Le Porcher

Creative Director

As a designer for 30 years, Jean-Yves embraces creation in all its forms, from product design to visual and sound design. As a graduate in Applied Arts in Paris (ENSAAMA), he has headed up numerous projects in design management, notably for Maserati, Bentley Motors, Focal, Habitat and Château Cheval Blanc. He is also the creator of Cotoons and creative director of Elipson. He now leads teams of designers and graphic designers, in product collection strategy, brand positioning, and design benchmarks.

Product Owner

A graduate in Psychopathology and Social Psychology, Stéphane first worked in the videogame industry. In 2005, he joined Orange as a business developer specializing in exploring emerging technologies and new uses. Then, in 2010, at Orange Content's innovation hub, he conducted many experiments in immersive technologies, conversational interfaces and new content formats. Excited by his ambition to make Teemew VR a multimodal platform covering both mobile and immersive uses, this gourmet food lover who's also passionate about role-playing games and series joined Manzalab in 2018 as Product Director.

Hadjila Elmam

Hadjila Elmam

Lead of Financial Management

After arriving in France from her native Algeria in 2011 to continue her studies, Hadjila obtained a Management degree, a Master's 1 in Marketing and finally a Master's 2 specializing in Management Control and Organizational Audit, Management Control and Finance in 2016.


In the same year, she joined Manzalab, where she is now Head of Financial Management. Passionate about figures and pâtisserie, she applies her proverbial thoroughness in the service of essential tasks: supervision of accounting, production of financial "reports" and participation in administrative management.

Julien Caporal

Pedagogical Director

Julien has been passionately dedicated to new organizational and learning practices for 22 years. With a master's degree in computer science, hypermedia and digital cartography, this visionary is completely dedicated to the Web and in 1995 founded Atcom multimedia, one of the first “web agencies” in France. In 2001 at Unilog, he co-founded H2H, a creator of collaborative solutions for the banking sector and pharmaceutical industry. In 2006, he led the design, production and deployment of customized training systems with the construction of Unilog's offerings in e-learning, blended learning and serious games (CGI).

David Dapzol

David Dapzol

Chief Information Officer

David started his professional career at a very young age. Self-taught with an eclectic and atypical path, he learned on the ground, developed his managerial and technical skills and quickly climbed the career ladder. In a career of 25 years, he has assumed the roles of trainer, manager, technical engineer, production manager, CIO, CCO, COO and CEO.

To develop his expertise, both in the field of customer relations and information systems, in 2016 he decided to pursue the Executive program at EM Normandie from which he graduated two years later.

This theater enthusiast, author and stage director in his spare time has for a long time directed the amateur theater company that he created when he was 17 years old in which he has trained many actors. 

In 2018, he joined Manzalab as Director of Information Systems.

Antoine Vivet

Video Creative Director

A graduate of the Olivier de Serres school, Antoine Vivet started his career in communication and branding. He directed two award-winning short films and then moved naturally into web design, motion design and UX design. In 2000, he became creative director at Babel@Stal and supervised a team of 20 designers. In 2004, he created the LONGUE-VUE agency with solid client references such as RATP, Orange R&D, the Palace of Versailles, etc.

Since then, Antoine has cultivated his constantly renewed vision of usage issues in designing interfaces with innovative technologies. In 2019, he joined Manzalab to put all his know-how and his perfect mastery of audiovisual technologies to work in the development of innovative and immersive projects.
